Robert Tulloch, who was convicted of murdering two Dartmouth professors as a teenager, will have a new sentencing hearing in a three-day hearing that begins Monday in Haverhill. Tulloch’s defense attorneys will argue for a 30 to 40 year minimum sentence in lieu of the mandatory life without parole sentence he is currently serving.
