ETNA, NH — Charles A. Fenton Jr passed away suddenly on November 13, 2020. He was born August 19, 1951 in New Haven, CT the son of Charles A. Sr and Gwendolyn (Ross) Fenton. He grew up in Madison, CT.

Charlie served in the U.S. Army and was part of the 82nd Airborne Division. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Quinnipiac College in Sociology and Anthropology and also earned an Associate Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology from Fayetteville Technical Institute.

Charlie worked in Radiology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for 35 years.

He was a member of the Elks Club in Lebanon, NH and a member of the American Legion in Woodstock, VT.

Charlie was an adventurous person who liked to hike, canoe, swim and play tennis.

He is survived by his wife Rhonda, his son Daniel, step sister, Gwendolyn Nelson, step brother, Richard Grant, nephew Richard Maxwell Grant, nephew Charles Nielson and niece Penny Kline.

His father predeceased him on July 19, 1960 and his mother on September 11, 2007.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 12 noon to 3:00 PM at the Rand-Wilson Funeral Home in Hanover, NH. Burial will follow in the Pine Knoll Cemetery of Hanover, NH.

Masks will be required and social distancing will apply.
