LEBANON, NH — Dean Norman Gadwah, 79, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Lebanon Center Genesis. He was born to the late Claude L. & Cyrena H. (Jolin) Gadwah. He attended schools in Woodsville, NH, and later enlisted in the National Guard. On January 20, 1962, he married Bernice “Bunny” M. Thompson, and moved to Littleton, NH. He drove for Town Taxi and loved picking up the nurses who worked at the hospital. Then they moved to Enfield, where he drove trailer truck for Daniel’s Transportation in Lebanon hauling mail. He and Bernice relocated once again to Lebanon, NH where he worked for Honey Gardens Dairy, Billings Dairy and Idlenot Dairy. After their closing, Dean went to work for Sears as the warehouse manager, then for the Liquor Commission as a stock person. Dean enjoyed working.

Also, in his free time Dean belonged to two camping clubs, Grafton County Mountaineers and Carriage #13 as well as the Mascoma PPC Club. He enjoyed going different places with the family and friends.

Dean is survived by his wife, Bernice Gadwah; son, Craig D. Gadwah; three grandchildren, Carrie A. Pusheee, Troy G. Pushee, and Angela J. (Murphy) Klingensmith; and three great grandchildren, Lydea H. Brown, Teagan G. Pushee, and Sophia Jenkins. He was predeceased by daughter, Tammy S. Murphy, and two brothers, Claude L. Gadwah, Jr. and Gene R. Gadwah.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services for Dean. He will be laid to rest in the spring at Ladd Street Cemetery in Haverhill, NH.
