Lucky or unlucky?
Lucky’s has managed to build a successful Restaurant in Lebanon. This is no small feat. Unless you have actually done this, one cannot imagine the amount of work involved. Long hours, few days off, paying the staff before you pay yourself. And when your future success rides on a lease renewal, it can be very frustrating. Especially when the landlord gets greedy. I know, I’ve been there.
A word to Mr. Davidson, don’t be that greedy landlord. You have helped this project succeed. Lucky’s is a special place. Help it to continue to succeed. Find a compromise. Everyone benefits from a healthy Lucky’s!
