Article of note: An article on the town warning asks whether voters support the hiring of two additional full-time officers to the two-member Police Department, at cost no greater than $250,000 for the fiscal year 2026. 

Contested races: Selectboard incumbents Jarrod Kosakowski and Josh Allen are running for three-year terms and Jean Carlan is running for a two-year term, all uncontested.

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed budget includes $2.92 million to be raised in taxes, including $1.69 million for the general fund and $1.4 million for the highway budget, up from last year’s $1.68 million general and $1.28 million highway budgets. 

When, where and how to vote: Town Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 28, at 9 a.m. in the Bradford Academy Building. Polls will be open for Australian ballot voting for officers on Tuesday, March 3, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
