LEBANON — People can drop off new and like-new coats during a winter coat drive at River Valley Community College campuses in Lebanon and Claremont in October.
Granite United Way, a Manchester-based nonprofit organization, is hosting a coat drive through Oct. 31 throughout New Hampshire.
River Valley Community College campuses will serve as collection sites at 15 Hanover St. in Lebanon and at 1 College Place in Claremont.
“Over the past few years, we have seen a real need for this and our program will bring warm coats to those who need them before the holidays,” Kerry Folkins, Granite United Way’s community engagement director, said in a news release.
