City Clerk Sandi Allard confirmed Patch’s request and said an official recount will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday in the council chambers at City Hall.
Patch garnered 521 votes citywide for an at-large seat on the Council, winning in Wards 1 (187-146) and 2 (190-197). Liot Hill, who was running for her seventh term on the Council, garnered a total of 527 votes, winning Ward 3, 194-144.
