The listening tour, which also will include stops in Rutland, Williston, St. Johnsbury and Bennington, offers Vermonters the chance to provide feedback to the commission on the marijuana-related topics of roadway safety; education and prevention; and taxation and regulation. The sessions will be moderated by commission co-chairmen Jake Perkinson and Tom Little.
The White River Junction stop is scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 6 at the National Guard Armory at 240 Main St.
The commission’s draft reports may be viewed online at marijuanacommission.vermont.gov/commissiondocuments.
The commission is set to present its final recommendations to Scott by Dec. 15.
