Lebanon — The Lebanon Public Libraries has a new hotspot program that allows library cardholders to connect to the internet anywhere that the Sprint network is available. The hotspots allow library patrons to connect their laptop, smartphone or tablet to the internet. In addition, the library also lends laptops.
