WEST WINDSOR — Voters approved the town’s $1.46 million budget that provides funding for operations, highway maintenance, the library and cemeteries during voting on Tuesday.
Four funds make up the budget, which will increase by almost 2.2% but will be offset by non-tax revenues and surplus money. Because of those factors, officials predict the tax rate will remain flat.
There were no contested elections on the ballot. Selectboard member Matthew Kantola ran unopposed for a three-year term, and longtime Town Clerk Cathy Archibald and Town Moderator Matt Birmingham both won reelection.
