Hartland, Vt. —
His survivors include: Earl and Charlene Griffin Locke of Hartland; his daughter, Gracie Locke also of Hartland; sister, Jeannie Locke Kingsbury; and nephew, Eli Kingsbury of Alstead, N.H.; stepsister, Dawn Caulk of Tenn.; and stepbrother, Earl D. Locke of Essex Junc. Vt.; and a large extended family in the Upper Valley.
Jeff grew up in Hartland and attended Hartland Elementary and graduated from Hartford High School.
Jeff worked for Pompanoosuc Mills in the 1990’s and then at DHMC as a security officer. He has been disabled for several years due to his medical conditions.
Jeff was an avid Buffalo Bills Fan. He belonged to The Upper Valley Hog Chapter.
Jeff was loved by many. He had a beloved and loyal dog, Portia, who is loyal and sweet. She provided him with faithful and loving companionship. Jeff had a great sense of humor.
Services will be held at The First Congregational Church at 10 Station Rd, Hartland, VT 05048 on Nov. 26, 2017, at 2 p.m. with the interment of his ashes to follow.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in Jeff Locke’s name to the Upper Valley Humane Society 300 Old Route 10 Enfield, NH 03748. It is where he adopted his beloved dog Portia.
