LEBANON — A 24-year old Windsor man has pleaded guilty to burglarizing a West Lebanon home in 2020.
Aaron Akers pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by unauthorized taking and a charge of criminal trespass in Grafton County Superior Court on April 7.
Akers was sentenced concurrently on the two guilty pleas to 12 months in Grafton County Jail, with credit for 115 days served and the remainder of the sentence suspended for three years, according to court records.
Akers, along with accomplice Jordan Smith, were arrested and charged with burglarizing a West Lebanon home in 2020. The arrests came two days after the duo was arrested and under investigation for the theft of credit cards from a vehicle parked on Pleasant Street overnight, Lebanon police said.
Smith, 23, of Laconia, N.H., pleaded guilty last year to burglary and was sentenced to a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years in Concord State Prison, all suspended for five years and with credit for 216 days served, according to court records.
