Budgets and spending articles: Voters will cast ballots on a proposed town general operations budget of $256,704. The Select Board and Budget Committee support the proposed budget, which doesn’t include special warrant articles and other appropriations voted upon separately.
When, where and how to vote: Residents can vote on town officers on Tuesday, March 8, at the Town House. Polls will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The town’s annual business meeting to act on the proposed budget and other warrant articles will be held at the Mascoma High School auditorium in Canaan on Wednesday, March 9, starting at 7 p.m.
