Your plan for solving the way New Hampshire funds education, published in the Valley News Sept. 25, makes sense.
It promises to — as you say in your opinion piece — to “reduce property taxes, protect homeowners, and meet our constitutional obligations to students without creating new broad-based taxes.”
How can we make it required reading for every legislator?
