Voters in the Windsor-Orange 2 district are fortunate to have three excellent candidates for the State House Democratic primary election on Aug. 11. Unfortunately, you can only vote for two, and I hope that you’ll cast one of those votes for Dee Gish.
I met Dee over 15 years ago at a Renewable Energy Vermont conference. Since then, I’ve watched and been impressed by her consistent advocacy for our environment.
Thetford residents have a special reason to vote for Dee; even though the Post Mills landfill was closed and capped over a quarter century ago, there are still unresolved issues with the state regarding the funding of testing for water safety. We need Dee in Montpelier as an advocate for our district and the environment. Please vote on Aug. 11.
