Hanover Article 7
At last year’s town meeting in Hanover, the planning board effected a vote that allows the development of three fourplex structures (12 living units, 6 parking spaces, some on the street where parking is not even allowed during winter months) in any residential zone.
A development of this description would greatly compromise the character and scale of the zone in which it is built.
To avoid this from happening, please vote yes on Article 7 in order to promote growth in appropriate areas while emphasizing context sensitive development.
On May 12 please vote yes on Article 7, to prevent the development of 12 unit fourplex structures in any residential zone.
Vote Yes on Amendment 7.
