The Lebanon boys and girls track and field teams took first place in a six-team meet Tuesday at Merrimack Valley High School to start the outdoor season.
The Raiders’ Teeghan Joyner led the boys with wins in the 100 and 400 meters and a second-place finish in the 200 meters. Other finishes for the Lebanon boys included Owen Tuohy (1st, 800 meters), Ian Kiefer (1st, 1,600 meters), Oscar Gulledge (1st, 110 meter hurdles), Brian Nelson (1st, shot put, 2nd discus), Alexander Averine (1st, long jump), Cooper Rhoads (2nd, triple jump) and Brent Paige, (2nd, 3,200 meters). Helping the Lebanon girls to first place were Banipreet Kaur (1st, 200 meters), Rowan Laundry (1st, 400 meters), Julia McGee (1st, 800 meters), Charlotte Smith (1st, 3,200 meters), Kaur, Laundry, Carter Breedlove, Ellis Harrington (1st, 4 by 400 relay), Kaitlin Maloney (1st, triple jump) and Lyla Weinstein (2nd, 100 meter hurdles)
