Update: I-91 North reopens between Exits 9 and 10 following tractor-trailer incident

HARTLAND — Interstate 91 North between exits 9 and 10 reopened at about 4 p.m. on Monday after officials finished responding to an incident involving a tractor trailer.

Officials began working on a tractor trailer “extraction,” on the stretch of the interstate between Hartland and Hartford at about 3 p.m., according to an alert issued by the Vermont Department of Public Safety.
