The interim principals at both schools, Anissa Morrison, who has worked at Richmond since 1993, and Colleen Roy, of the Ray School, were the other finalists for the two jobs.

O’Leary replaces Tim Boyle, who departed Richmond last summer to become the first middle school principal at Oxbow. Boyle had been Richmond principal since 2019.

Pease replaces Lauren Amrhein, who serves as Ray School principal for eight years and is now director of curriculum and instruction in SAU 70.

The Dresden School Board held a special meeting Monday to approve O’Leary’s hiring.

The Hanover School Board approved Pease’s hiring on March 11, according to meeting minutes. Also at the March 11 meeting, Kelly McConnell was re-elected as chairwoman of the Hanover board.
