Budgets and spending articles: The proposed budget for Mount Ascutney, which comprises schools in West Windsor and Windsor, is a little over $16.6 million. That’s 5.9% higher than the current year’s spending, an increase driven by a huge rise in special education costs (from $2.25 million to nearly $3 million).
When, where and how to vote: Voting by Australian ballot is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., March 3 at Story Memorial Hall for West Windsor residents and at Windsor Municipal Building for Windsor residents.
