Contested races: Town officers, including one- and three-year Selectboard seats, will be elected by ballot during the floor meeting.

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed general budget is $1.07 million, of which $764,000 is to come from taxes. Last year, voters approved a $1.04 million general budget. The proposed highway budget is $1.78 million, of which $1.63 million is to come from taxes. Last year, voters approved a $1.76 million highway budget.

When, where and how to vote: Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 3, at 10 a.m. at the Barnard Town Hall, 115 North Road.
