Mind-numbing incompetence

When someone you know — friend, family member, high-ranking member of the federal government — anyone acts stupidly, you want to know why.

When that someone, over many years, continues to act with  premeditated ignorance, world-changing greed and thoughtlessness, and you DON’T ask why, you’re as nearly to blame as the fool who’s acting out.

Trump’s world-class imbecility is easily explained, though not as easily accepted or corrected.

He’s a tiny insecure infant cowering inside the overweight body of an 80 year-old man.

He may or may not be afflicted with a certain insufficiency of certain male body parts that he wants no one to know about, but he behaves as if that were the case.

He didn’t win the Nobel Prize, the toy he was begging for so Trump threw another pathetic tantrum, screaming and beating his heels on the Oval Office floor  – he grabbed out at a bigger toy, Greenland.

Of course, another vanity project, just like his big ball room. He wants to rename the large arctic island “Trumpland”

Greenland is a protectorate of Denmark and both geographic areas are members of NATO, as is the United States.  All countries in that historic powerful group of allies have agreed to militarily support any of it’s members in case of attack.

Trump has announced he’s willing to use armed forces to take Greenland if it can’t be bought.  That means that the U.S. would be attacking one of our neighbors, one of our allies, attacking ourselves.

Good God’a mighty — what pre-determined idiocy and dangerous greed.

That’s your president, and unfortunately for the world, mine.
