History repeating?
Adolph Hitler’s annexation of Austria in 1938 and his takeover of the Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia later that same year, followed by his invasion of Poland the following year, have long and correctly been viewed as the height of lawless, destructive behavior by a national political leader.
Donald Trump’s threatened invasion of Greenland does not simply rhyme with Hitler’s actions, it proposes to copy them. Trump undermines world peace and brings shame on our country.
