NORWICH — Andy Torkelson, of Norwich, walked his dog Fern, a 2-year-old English setter, through blowing snow at Huntley Meadows in Norwich last Thursday.
Fern and Torkelson’s other English setter, Sage, regularly accompany him on trails all around Norwich, as well as through the woods of the Northeast Kingdom. Together, they hunt for grouse and woodcock in the fall.
