Clark was driving down Plaza Heights Road and was unable to stop due to slippery conditions. Reisinger was about to turn up Plaza Heights Road when he noticed Clark was unable to stop. He tried to make room for Clark’s car, but Clark hit the truck’s rear.
“I wanted to get out of his way, but I wasn’t fast enough,” Reisinger said. Clark said he was driving very slowly when the crash occurred. “I’m happy to be alive,” he said.
