LEBANON — Shane Smith, the Lebanon Parks and Grounds Supervisor, left, threw a roll of holiday lights to Lebanon firefighter Dan Huff while installing lights on trees in Colburn Park on Thursday, Nov. 20.
Huff has been volunteering his time to help with the work for the past five years. This particular tree, a Norway Maple, took 1,500 feet of lights.
The city decorates about 12 trees in the park.
