A Heinous Act
The Hartland Town Democratic Party condemns the murder of Charlie Kirk. It was a heinous act, silencing an eminent voice in the political arena. If voices in the political arena can be silenced — by whatever means — then we lose all rights to free speech, a cornerstone of our constitutional government. We denounce all political violence.
