FAIRLEE — Workers drill into rock in order to insert dowels to stabilize a cliff edge over Interstate 91 in Fairlee on Wednesday.

One lane of southbound traffic on I-91 has reopened between Bradford, Vt., and Fairlee after a month-long detour.
