Once again Donald Trump and his band of amateurs have embarrassed themselves and our country on the world stage. After his red carpet welcome, Little Vlad the playground bully (and war criminal) all but messed up Trump’s hair, kicked dirt on his shoes and stole his lunch money. Apparently, this was somehow Ukrainian President Zelensky’s fault.
Who knows what Plan A was for this summit, but Plan B could be a game changer:
Trump conceding that he misjudged his friend Putin; full U.S. support for Ukraine; maximum sanctions and tariffs on Russia.
Possible result: Bipartisan support for Trump finally acting presidential.
Likelihood: Slim
