TUNBRIDGE — Hank Joseph hoes weeds in what he called “a pitiful example of a garden,” as his service dogs Bea and Kitty wait near his home on Friday, July 11.
He got a late start with his planting after persistent rain in May left 6 inches of standing water in the garden, he said.
