WEST LEBANON — Lebanon firefighters Craig Noyes, left, and Jacob Astbury practice rescuing their colleague, Chris Pearson, middle, in a city-owned training house on South Main Street last month.

Noyes and Astbury, were completing a five-week academy for new hires to the Lebanon Fire Department.

After filling a vacancy left by a retiring firefighter and four newly created positions, the department is now fully staffed.
