LEBANON — Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed another man of his coat and shoes on the rail trail in Lebanon shortly after midnight on Friday before escaping on an e-bike with a speaker and LED lights.
The victim, who was not injured, told police that he was walking along the rail trail near the Price Chopper on Miracle Mile around midnight when an unknown male approached from behind “with what the victim described as a gun” and demanded the man’s coat and shoes, according to a news release issued by Lebanon police on Friday morning.
Police searched the area and located and recovered the coat.
The suspect is described as wearing a dark clothing, shorts and a beanie. The e-bike had no lights in front or back but was outfitted with a speaker and LED lights, police said.
