HAVERHILL — Voters opted to no longer have a town manager in a ballot vote on Tuesday, 361 to 323.
Voters’ approval of the petitioned article moves Haverhill toward a town administrative form of government.
Also at the polls on Tuesday, voters elected Theresa Paige to a one-year seat on the Selectboard over Greg Mathieson, 342 to 319.
In an uncontested race, Rod O’Shana earned a three-year seat on the Selectboard.
In an uncontested race on the school side, voters elected Sabrina Brown, Anthony Daniels and Mark Litchfield Jr. to three-year terms on the School Board. William Kearney won an uncontested race for a one-year seat on the School Board.
Town Meeting is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Haverhill Cooperative Middle School in North Haverhill. The annual school meeting is scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. at the middle school.
