FAIRLEE — The Town of Fairlee is set to vote by Australian ballot next month on permitting retail cannabis and the adoption of amendments to its Unified Development Bylaws.
The bylaw amendments include provisions that are friendlier to housing development, such as the inclusion of new state regulations that liberalize accessory dwelling unit regulations, decreases in the parking requirements for multi-family units and the enablement of cluster development.

The Selectboard will host a public hearing to discuss the ballot items on Monday, June 26, at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall at 75 Town Common Road.
Voting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 11, at the same location between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
