Voters in the towns of Windsor and West Windsor passed all articles on the Mount Ascutney School District warning.
The $1.45 million budget, which is 12.34% higher than the current year’s, passed by a vote of 447 to 227.
Davis McGraw ran unopposed for a three-year seat on the school board.
