CHELSEA — Chelsea rejected an article that would have removed the town from the First Branch Unified School District. 145 voted against the article, while 90 voted in favor of it.
All of the other articles passed. There was an amendment on the floor to increase the budget for the administrative assistant by $30,000 because the work load has dramatically increased over the last year.
