Article of note: There are no bond issues or major initiatives outside the town and school budgets.
Contested races: Two Selectboard races have drawn half a dozen candidates, one has a three-year term and the other a two-year term.
All other races, including two School Board seats, are uncontested, and three-year terms for cemetery commissioner and lister have drawn no candidates.
Budgets and spending articles: Voters will be asked to approve a $1.7 million general fund budget, a $1.4 million highway fund budget and a nearly $8.8 million school budget.
When, where and how to vote: Voting on all articles is scheduled for March 1. The polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Town Hall, 3910 Route 113.
An online informational session and candidate’s forum is planned for 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, and a second public informational hearing on the warning is planned for 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26.
