LEBANON — Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center will hold three COVID-19 vaccine clinics for children ages 5 to 11 this week in Lebanon.
The clinics will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Reception 6L, Pediatrics, at DHMC in Lebanon. People are required to register at mydh.org/portal.
