PLAINFIELD — A walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic for people age 5 and older is scheduled to take place at the Plainfield Elementary School on Dec. 12, according to the town’s Facebook page.
The public clinic, which the town is hosting in partnership with the Public Health Council of the Upper Valley, is slated to take place in the school gym from 8 to 11 a.m.
The clinic will be offering all vaccines authorized for use in the U.S., including first dose, second dose and booster shots.
Adults are asked to bring identification and a COVID-19 vaccination card, if they have one, while children should have their COVID-19 vaccination card if they have one. More information is available by contacting Stephanie Schell, Plainfield’s community resource director at cr.director@plainfieldnh.org.
