PLAINFIELD, NH — Dawna M. McAllister, 65, passed away in the comfort of her of her home on Thursday, March 25, 2021. She was born February 22, 1956 in New London, NH to the late Elmer and Ellen (Dyer) Grover. She grew up in Sutton, NH and graduated from New London High School. She was married to Paul McAllister, he predeceased her in 2014. Dawna had worked for Dartmouth College and more recently she has worked at the Exit 18 Truck Stop for 23 years.
Dawna was an avid reader, enjoyed time with her friends and cookouts with her family. She is survived by her two brothers, a foster daughter, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Dawna will not have any public services. She will be buried with her husband at the convenience of her family.
