WOLFEBORO, NH — Margaret M. McAulay, age 75, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Wolfeboro Bay Genesis after a period of declining health. She was born in Newport, NH on January 7, 1946 to Esther (McElreavy) and Stanley Bowen.
Margaret enjoyed doing arts and crafts and reading, especially reading the Bible.
Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Esther Bowen; husband, John McAulay; father-in-law, John McAulay I; and brothers-in-law, Peter McAulay and Kenneth McAulay.
Margaret is survived by her daughter, Rosemarie Tourigny of Swanton, VT; son, John McAulay, Jr. of Santa Cruz, CA; grandchildren, Brett Tourigny, Amanda Doherty, Brittany Arceci, Michael Arceci, Ian Nault, and Emily McAulay; sister, Charmaine Sablonk; mother-in-law, Arlene McAulay; sister-in-law, Linda McAulay; brothers-in-law, Donald McAulay and Steven McAulay; nephews, Doni McAulay and Ken Morton; niece, Ann McAulay-Norris; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Springfield, VT and will be announced at a later date.
