BRADFORD, VT — Hazel Redlands-Pyle, 73, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 26th at her home in Bradford, VT.

She is predeceased by her parents, Harry A. and Dora P. “Doad” Redlands, and her brother Harry D. Redlands.

She is survived by her husband, Michael A. Pyle, of Bradford, VT and Quimby, IA; two daughters: Tammy (& Jeff) Kidney of Campton, NH and Tabatha (& Michael) Manley of Quechee, VT; two stepsons: Gabriel Pyle of Sardis, TN and Lucas (& Gretchen) Pyle of Hudson, WI; a sister, Sandra Redlands, of Cornish, NH; a sister-in-law, Gayle Redlands, of Tempe, AZ; a multitude of beloved grand- and great-grandchildren; and many cousins and extended family.

Hazel was kind, loving, and philanthropic, enriching the lives of her family, friends, students, and acquaintances. She enjoyed gardening, especially flowers, walking, traveling, entertaining, designing & decorating, and above all, spending time with family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

Per Hazel’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. A celebration of life will be scheduled later in the Spring.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to Make-A-Wish, St. Jude’s Hospital, or Shriner’s Hospital.
