Spencer Hayes has joined Ledyard National Bank as an assistant vice president and relationship manager in Ledyard’s private banking division.
Hayes, a Pomfret native and with a degree in finance from Clarkson University’s Snell School of Management in Potsdam, N.Y., previously had been a senior sales associate and senior private banking associate with BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Boston.
He resides in Pomfret.
Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has promoted Alison Gaffney to branch relationship manager at the bank’s Sunapee branch.
Gaffney joined Bar Harbor in 2019 as assistant branch manager at Bar Harbor’s locations on Hanover Street and Heater Road in Lebanon.
Before joining Bar Harbor, Gaffney, a Quechee resident, had been the office coordinator in the occupational health department at Alice Peck Day Hospital in Lebanon.
