It is the first time in five years Dartmouth has done so.
Knight and the Big Green are still in the hunt for the Ivy League Tournament’s fourth slot, but to even have a fighting chance, they have to sweep this weekend’s games.

HANOVER – After a four goal weekend, Dartmouth’s Drew O’Connor was named ECAC player of the week for the third time this season.

Dartmouth earned the No. 6 seed for the ECAC Tournament after finishing the regular season 13-12-4 and 10-10-2 in league play. It hosts No. 11 Princeton this weekend in a best-of-three first-round series at Thompson Arena. Game one is set for 7 p.m. Friday night.
HANOVER — Dartmouth’s Heather Turner was named Ivy League pitcher of the week after she picked up her first victory of the season in a complete game, two strikeout performance against Western Michigan.
The Big Green have now had a pitcher win the award for two consecutive weeks.
Dartmouth (4-6) is off until March 14, when it travels Northridge, Calif., to take on Idaho State and San Diego.

The win to open Ivy League play improved the Big Green to 3-0 overall. No. 11 Dartmouth hosts No. 5 Florida in a nationally-ranked clash on Tuesday afternoon.
