RANDOLPH — Voters at Town Meeting will be asked to borrow up to $420,000 to purchase two 10-wheel tandem trucks for the Highway Department, to replace a 10-wheel and a 6-wheel truck.

They’ll also be asked to approve a $3.25 million general fund budget and a $1.87 million highway budget.

In town elections, Selectboard Chair Trini Brassard is unopposed on the ballot for a three-year seat and Tom Ayres is unopposed for a two-year Selectboard seat.

On the school side, voters are being asked to approve a $20.6 million Orange Southwest School District budget, which would result in education spending of $17,980 per equalized pupil.

Hannah Arias is on the ballot for a School Director seat from Randolph; Katja Evans is running for a seat from Braintree, Vt.

The business meeting portion of Town Meeting will be held on Saturday, Feb. 29, at 10 a.m. at Chandler Music Hall. Australian ballot voting for the town and school will take place on Tuesday, March 3, at Town Hall from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
