LEBANON, NH — Kacey L. Grizzaffi, 22, and her unborn twin boys Austin Hunter & Corey Scott passed away after a battle with addiction and all too soon on Friday February 21, 2020. She was born in Lebanon to William M. & Lori A. (Rich) Grizzaffi. Kacey was educated in Lebanon Schools, graduating in 2015. After graduation she enjoyed working at Dunkin Donuts, the Lebanon Village Pizza and most recently for her father at GT & R Auto. Kacey enjoyed snowmobiling and camping.
She is survived by her parents Bill & Lori Grizzaffi of Lebanon, a sister Katie Grizzaffi of Lebanon, a maternal great grandmother Marge “Nana” Rich of West Lebanon, maternal grandparents Jerry & Debbie Rich of West Lebanon, paternal grandfather Tony Grizzaffi of West Lebanon, an aunt Cindy Rocheleau along with her husband Mike and their son Tristin of Georgia, VT, many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are invited to Kacey’s calling hours at the Ricker Funeral Home & Crematory in Lebanon on Thursday February 27th from 5 to 8 PM. Kacey will not be having a funeral or burial service.
