CORINTH — Residents at Town Meeting next week will decide whether to spend $792,425 on the Highway Fund and $424,333 in the general fund.
If both articles are approved, the town would have to raise $820,828 in taxes.
Another article on the warning asks voters if the town should stop listing the names of delinquent taxpayers in the Town Report.
Voting is by Australian ballot, and Selectboard member Steve Long is unopposed for a three-year term. The only contested election is for first constable, where Michael Tkac is challenging Christopher Diaz.
Corinth Town Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, at the Town Hall in Cookeville. Polls there will be open for Australian ballot voting from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
