BETHEL — The proposed operating budget of $2.49 million is up 3.9% from the budget voters approved last year.
If voters approve all municipal spending, including separate money articles for social service agencies and the White River Valley Ambulance, the tax rate is expected to increase 3 cents per $100 of valuation.
