WOODSTOCK, VT — William “Bill” F. Birmingham, 68, died Sunday afternoon January 26th at his home in Woodstock, Vermont.
There will be a service to celebrate Bill’s life on Friday January 31st beginning at 2:00pm at the Unitarian Universalist Chapel in Woodstock.
