RUTLAND — The Mid Vermont Christian girls basketball team received 11 points and four steals from Sydney Goodwin during Monday’s 43-25 victory at Mount St. Joseph.
Goodwin’s sister, Hayley, had 10 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
Emma Foster had 10 points and Molly Kinnarney had six points for Mid Vermont (6-3), which visits Twin Valley (2-9) on Wednesday.
WEST RUTLAND — Sarah Howe had 16 points, Hannah White had nine points and Ella Perrault had eight points for the Wildcats.
“They had two big girls inside and just wore us down,” said coach Tim Perreault. His 7-3 team trailed, 26-22, at halftime and hosts Rivendell on Thursday.
CLARENDON, Vt. — The Hurricanes (6-6) received 13 points each from Jasmine Jenkins and Kennedy Mullen.
Beth Dobrich had eight points and all 10 visitors scored. Hartford (6-6) hosts Brattleboro on Thursday.
ORFORD — Alex McFate had eight points and four assists and Cora Day had six points, 11 rebounds and four assists for the Raptors (3-5).
Rivendell visits White River Valley on Thursday.
ST. ALBANS, Vt. — The Vermont Division II Wasps lost to the Division I Comets (8-3), the visitors’ third setback in their last four games.
BFA-St. Albans led, 2-0, after one period and 5-0 at the second intermission.
Woodstock (5-7), which received 32 saves from Ava Dodson, 28 of them during the final two periods, visits Colchester on Saturday.
TILTON, N.H. — Avery Hunnewell had 22 points and Eli Weintraub had eight points but the Marauders fell to 1-3.

ASHBURNHAM, Mass. — Matt Price buried a 3-pointer with two seconds left in overtime as the Wildcats (13-3) pulled out a win at the AA Showcase at Cushing Academy.
Kimball Union trailed Master’s by as many as 10 points during the second half before rallying to force the extra session.
Rob Brown paced the Wildcats with 25 points, followed by 17 from Andrew Hartel, 13 from Rob McRae and 12 from Price.
Quinn Guth also had a dozen points for KUA, which hosts Holderness on Wednesday.
